Started in 2017, PPLS brings over 25 years of experience in sales and people and strategic leadership. Working with business groups from GrowthPoint advisory team and Crestcom learning centers, PPLS draws from many sources to ensure the solutions to address your company and personnel needs are exceeded.

Rick Denley

  

A sales executive who combines strong leadership skills along with coaching tactics with real world knowledge and experience to assess required organizational change that facilitates growth. Rick’s extensive background in transformational sales growth strategies, execution and team building has driven needed change in small to large organizations, including creating winning sales processes, focused on consultative and relationship based selling.

Rick’s 25 year career has seen him leading Canadian divisions for multi-nationals based in Japan (Matsushita Group), France, (Schneider), USA (Emerson), and Germany (Phoenix Contact). During the recessionary years of 2009 – 2011 Rick took on a role as General Manager for a system integration firm where he lead the team through change by the implementation of a successful balanced score card initiative, turning the organization profitable once again including creating new revenue streams to new industry verticals and then successfully completing the sale of the organization to a larger firm (JMP Engineering).

In 2017 Rick left the corporate world to continue his passions for leading organizations to realize their growth potential and created Peak Performance Leadership Services Inc. Further passions include speaking and presenting, including his keynotes “Leadership – Your Way”, based on his chapter in a recently released booked entitled Dynamo Diaries V2, Success Stories. Further keynotes include “The Evolution of the Customer” where Rick shares the four generations involved in todays buying process, and the impact advancements in technology has had on how we approach selling.

Rick lives in Toronto, and has two adult sons Evan (attending Sports Media College) and Max (a registered music therapist) whom he coached in hockey for many years with them reaching the ranks of University and Jr A levels of competition.
