As a new sales leader, I was looking for someone to help me standardize our sales process and lay the foundation for enhancing the skill of the entire sales team. COMsolve recently used Peak Performance Leadership Services as part of our hiring process of sales and business development expert. Having deeper insight into the candidate capabilities than the traditional hiring process, primarily based on skills and past performances, was essential for COMSolve. The PPLS online assessments revealed the actual sales knowledge of our lead candidate. The EI/EQ assessment results gave us an understanding of critical areas when hiring, such as the correct fit with our current organization's values. Debriefing the assessment results with Rick's feedback ensured we understood vital characteristics of our potential new hire, including communication and leadership style, motivators, and potential areas for development, to name a few. I have been a part of the Mackay CEO Forums group for a about a year now. Rick is the Chair of our group and does a masterful job of coordinating the bi monthly sessions.
